Winona Ruth Johnson

Winona Ruth Johnson, 86, of Hot Springs Village passed away December 18, 2014 at a local hospital. Winona was born in Grand Junction, Colorado to Orville and Frances Hughes.

Winona is preceded in death by her parents, her 3 brothers, Orville, Kenneth and Morris, and her son Larry Orr. She is survived by the love of her life, Lawrence “Larry” Johnson, and her loving daughter Rebecca Merrill, of Modesto, CA.

Winona was an accomplished interior decorator. She once redecorated the home of Lawrence Welk. She was also a lover of animals.
